PSPL has in house a placement support cell that helps candidates in placement by tying up with various Government and Private Organizations. As we work with Government departments and receive continuous requirements from them that will help our candidates to place within the state. We also have tie-ups with Restaurants, Retail companies, hospitals, factories, Cold Storages etc for placing of our candidates. Our company is also associated with various placement agencies that work very closely with urban youth across the State. Candidates after completing there training modules would appear in the in house test to be conducted by Pathbreakers and its assessment partner company. Successful candidates will be given opportunities to appear for the Interviews in different Companies. Willing candidates may take up the job and those who want to make their career in self employment may proceed with it. We also conduct job fairs and invite large number of companies, the job fairs as per experience with other States give big opportunity as it brings employer and employee face to face, it also give option to candidates to get multiple offers.
